^*Replacement Policy

There will be no credit or refund of costs issued on any item deemed defective. A replacement of the same item sold will be issued at no charge if manufactorer (Sierra American) after inspection of the item deems defect or performance was not caused by behaviour or usage beyond the scope of how this product is to be used.
